§ 01Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of remoteagencyhiring.com (the "Site") and the application and candidate-placement services offered through it (the "Service"), operated by Remote Agency Hiring ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or submit an application.

§ 02What the Service is

Remote Agency Hiring reviews applications from remote-work candidates and, where we consider a candidate suitable, may introduce that candidate to businesses that are hiring ("Hiring Businesses"). We are not your employer, and we are not an employment agency acting on your behalf. Any role, engagement, or employment that may result is agreed directly between you and the relevant Hiring Business, on that business's own terms.

§ 03Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
• You must be legally permitted to perform remote work from your location.
• You may only submit an application on your own behalf, using your own information.

§ 04Applications

• All information you submit must be true, accurate, complete, and not misleading. This includes your identity, experience, availability, internet-speed results, and any video introduction.
• Submitting an application does not create any obligation on us to review it within any timeframe, interview you, respond, introduce you to any Hiring Business, or secure you any role. We do not guarantee placement, interviews, employment, or income of any kind.
• We may accept, reject, or disregard any application at our sole discretion, without giving reasons.
• All answers must be your own work, written in your own words. False, misleading, plagiarized, or AI-generated application content is grounds for immediate and permanent disqualification of your entire application.
• We may take reasonable steps to verify anything you submit.

§ 05No fees to applicants

We do not charge applicants for reviewing applications or for introductions to Hiring Businesses. We will never ask you to pay money to apply, to be interviewed, or to be placed. If anyone requests payment from you while claiming to represent us, do not pay and report it to us.

§ 06Consent to be contacted

By submitting an application you consent to us contacting you — by email, phone, or messaging apps at the contact details you provide — about your application, about the role you applied for, and about future roles we consider you potentially suitable for. You may withdraw this consent at any time by asking us to delete your application data (see the Privacy Policy).

§ 07Your content and our license to use it

You retain ownership of the content you submit (including any video introduction you link). By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, copy, review, and share your application materials with our team and with Hiring Businesses, for the purposes of evaluating and placing you in current or future roles. This license ends for the relevant materials when your data is deleted under the Privacy Policy, except for copies we must keep to comply with law.

§ 08Acceptable use

You agree not to: submit applications containing false information or on behalf of another person; submit automated, bulk, or spam applications; probe, scrape, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure; upload or link to malicious content; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose. We may block, discard, or report abusive traffic and submissions.

§ 09Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logo, and code, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Site except as strictly necessary to view it and apply.

§ 10Disclaimers

The Site and Service are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, immigration, or career advice. We make no representations about any Hiring Business, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, working conditions, or payment practices.

§ 11Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data, arising out of or related to the Site or Service; and (b) our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Site or Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

§ 12Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or false or misleading information in your application.

§ 13Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Service, and remove your application from consideration, at any time and at our sole discretion. Sections 07, and 09 through 16 survive termination.

§ 14Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above shows the current version. Your continued use of the Site, or a new application submitted after an update, constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

§ 15Governing law and severability

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's principal place of business in the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
